Customer Systems is a highly specialised implementation consulting, training, support and software products firm operating alongside suppliers of leading application software packages. We specialise in customer relationship management systems. Our particular areas of expertise are in the application software of Siebel Systems, Inc, and in the reporting, BI and analytical tools of Business Objects and in the Actuate information delivery tools embedded in Siebel and other software products. The largest component of our business is implementing and customising the Siebel suite of CRM software. We are frequently called in to replace other consulting firms (especially Siebel-implementation consulting firms) that are inadequately skilled or too expensive. We have been called in a number of times to perform "rescue" missions on implementations that have gone awry. We hope that our customers' comments on our abilities below speak for themselves. Major consulting firms often bring us in as subcontractors to add extreme product expertise to their teams. 19% of the worldwide customers listed in Siebel's annual report have used our services. We have recently expanded into the delivery of training services, having started out in implementation consulting, which remains the mainstay of our business. We have also recently begun offering a support service for Siebel customers whereby we keep a copy of their Siebel configuration running live in our offices, keep our support staff familiar with it and provide telephone support for problem resolution. We can supply technology to interface: Siebel to Business Objects through the Siebel Business Component layer Siebel to other reporting and analytical tools like Excel, Access,Cognos etc through the Siebel Business Component layer Siebel to the MapInfo GIS directly Actuate to the MapInfo GIS We also have technology to allow reporting systems accessing a Siebel database to be presented through a "Report Despatcher" interface that means the addition of a new report does not require the issuance of new Siebel configuration (srf) files to all client machines. We are also value added relicensors of Crystal Decisions, Business Objects and MapInfo software. Our HQ is in Chertsey, Surrey, UK but we operate throughout Europe and the USA and further afield. Our work has, so far, encompassed 25 countries in 4 continents, with the majority in Europe and the north eastern USA. Our US headquarters is in Iselin, New Jersey.
